Aurora Waters and Tours (Aurora Waters LLC) operates this website as a marketing site for our water taxi, tour, and guide services in Kabetogama, MN. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it. The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form.
Information We Collect
We collect information only when you choose to fill out and submit our contact form. That can include your name and email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, preferred date, group size, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. The site has no accounts or logins. We do not use cookies, advertising, or cross-site tracking. We do use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool to measure aggregate traffic, described in the Analytics section below.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool from our hosting provider, to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views and general location at the country or region level). It does not use cookies and does not collect information that personally identifies you.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you send only to respond to your message, answer your questions, and provide or quote the services you ask about. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it for marketing.
Third-Party Services
When you submit the contact form, your submission is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers it to our email inbox. Web3Forms transmits your submission and may temporarily retain it and related technical data (such as your IP address for spam prevention) in accordance with its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which may keep standard server logs. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We use it only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about.
How Long We Keep It
Your contact-form submission stays in our email and records for as long as we need it to respond to you and serve you as a customer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your Choices
You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing russ@aurorawatersmn.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do Not Track
Because our analytics are aggregate and cookieless and we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from your browser.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
